These warranties are tailored to the quality of materials used, ensuring that you receive long-lasting value and protection. Whether it’s premium wood, sturdy metal, or luxurious upholstery, our products are built to stand the test of time, and our warranty coverage is a testament to that promise.

Scope of Warranty

• Structural integrity of furniture pieces
• Defects in materials such as wood, metal, and upholstery
• Malfunction of mechanical components (e.g., hinges, drawer sliders)
• Poor workmanship

Exclusions

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper use, abuse, or neglect
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• External factors like water damage, fire, etc.
• Improper maintenance

Claim Process

1. Contact The Whimsical Studio within 30 days of noticing the defect.
2. Provide proof of purchase and the original warranty card.
3. Inspection will be conducted to determine the cause of the defect.
4. Repair or replacement will be offered if the defect is verified.

Limitations

• Warranty is non-transferable.
• Liability is limited to repair or replacement.
• Warranty claim value cannot exceed the original purchase price.

Warranty Nullification

• Alterations or repairs by unauthorized agents.
• Abnormal or extreme conditions.
